For the most part, the service center is 5 star. I only wish when they washed my car they would towel dry it or leave it the shade. My car had water spots on it from the last service. Luckily, I used a good product to wax it.

I had my 2012 E350 being serviced for a steering recall. First the bad it took them 5 working day to get it done and being old I would have liked getting a phone call instead of a text. The good they put me in a 2020 GLE at no charge and did a spectacular job on my wheel alignment after the recall at no additional cost.
